Karma Drinks was born from the shared vision of three friends: Simon Coley and brothers Matt and Chris Morrison. Their mission was to craft an organic and sustainable cola drink that also made a positive impact on the lives of the growers supplying crucial raw ingredients like the cola nut. The journey began on a beach, where they launched their entrepreneurial endeavour, using cola nuts sourced from a small village in Sierra Leone to create their first drink.
Over the years, Karma Drinks has evolved and expanded its product line. Beyond well-loved classics like Lemmy Lemonade, Gingerella Ginger Ale, and the original Karma Cola, they've introduced a range of organic juices and functional beverages, including their own kombucha and switchels. Their distinctive commitment to "do-gooding," despite the additional costs to their business model, sets them apart. They embody this commitment through the Karma Foundation, with 1% of revenue from all their products dedicated to supporting growers and their communities. This support has led to tangible changes, including the construction of bridges, education opportunities for girls, and the empowerment of local entrepreneurs, all contributing to a brighter future.
