We find ourselves in somewhat of a drinks renaissance, where exciting new flavours and brands emerge almost weekly, crafted by people who pour their hearts and souls into their creations. Yet, despite this wave of innovation, the places that sell these drinks are boring, outdated and do not share the same passion for what they are selling.

At My Drinks Club, we're driven by a simple belief: that life's too short to drink sh*t booze. Drawing from our experience working at top brands like Fever-Tree, we've developed a keen understanding of what makes an exceptional drink. That's why we handpick the best of the best, working closely with the brands, the people who make them and the people who enjoy them. Ensuring you can guarantee that everything you buy us from is at a good price and tastes pretty great too.

WHERE DID IT ALL BEGIN?

Initially starting as a very badly done cocktail subscription service called 'The Cocktail Club'. We found ourselves scouring the internet to find products that would fit with what we had planned. It was here that we first realised how boring it all was; in almost every other sector we see home grown, fun brands that offer a great selection of products and an even better service: take a look at ASOS for example. However, in the drinks sector, this didn't seem to exist, everything seemed to be either horrendously badly designed or outright boring.

After unsuccessfully rebranding to 'Cocktail Culture' (good names are very hard to find) and seeing that the cocktail game had been almost mastered by a brand called 'Kocktail' (this is genuinely free promotion), we decided to become a more varied offer and sell drinks. What led was 24 months of pure headache, the vision was clear but getting there was the issue. Any idiot with a C or above in ICT GCSE can make a website, however trying to make a brand that people would buy into with nothing more than a £200 laptop and a £300 overdraft is the difficult bit. We powered on and through countless hours of work, we got there. 

how's it all gone?

In short, unbelievably f*cking well, we have solidified ourselves as a key player in the e-commerce drinks space, building a team of young enthusiastic people who understand what we do and why we do it.
