Instructions:

1. Prepare Your Glass:
• Start by chilling a martini glass. You can do this by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water while you prepare the ingredients

2. Prepare the Shaker and Add the Ingredients:
• Fill a mixing glass or shaker with ice cubes
• Pour the Martin Miller's Gin and the Martini Extra Dry Vermouth Aperitivo into the shaker
•If you would like to make your Gin Martini 'dirty', add olive brine into the shaker

3. Stir or Shake Well:
• You can choose to stir or shake the ingredients based on your preference. Stirring creates a slightly smoother texture, while shaking adds aeration and a colder temperature. Ensure to shake for 10-15 seconds or stir for a similar duration

4. Strain, Garnish & Serve:
• Discard the ice from the chilled martini glass
• Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass
• Express the oil from a lemon twist over the drink by holding it over the glass and giving it a twist to release its aroma
• Alternatively, you can garnish with an olive (pierce with a cocktail stick for extra flare)
• Your Gin Martini is now ready to be enjoyed! Sip and savour the clean and crisp flavours of this timeless cocktail

(Feel free to adjust the vermouth quantity to your liking, whether you prefer a drier or slightly wetter Martini).
