Instructions:

1. Prepare Your Glass:
• Start by chilling a martini glass. You can do this by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water while you prepare the ingredients

2. Prepare the Shaker and Add the Ingredients:
• Pour 50ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka, 25ml Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur, 15ml Funkin Sugar Cane Syrup and the black espresso into the shaker

3. Give it a Shake:
• You are going to get the best Espresso Martini if you shake it vigorously, 15-20 seconds will give it that picture-perfect frothy texture

4. Strain, Garnish & Serve:
• Discard the ice from the chilled martini glass
• Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass
• Garnish using 3 coffee beans in a flower pattern
• Your Espresso Martini is now ready to be enjoyed! The result is a delightful blend of rich coffee flavours with a kick of vodka.

(Feel free to adjust the simple syrup quantity to achieve your desired level of sweetness, or switch to decaf coffee if you want the 'f*** me up' aspect but not the 'wake me up' one).
