They envisioned creating a brand worthy of joining the ranks of Cornwall's finest, complemented by a harbour-side bar and kitchen to enhance the overall experience. The secret ingredient of Silco is the elusive essence of St Ives, their hometown, capturing its unique energy. St Ives is a place of contrasts and contradictions – calm and chaos, vibrant summers and bone-cold winters, a still harbour and a wild Atlantic, all-night parties and peaceful walks. It’s a creative town brimming with dualities, much like the brothers themselves.

Crafted in homage to a town with two sides, Silco’s drinks come in eco-conscious glass bottles designed to use 30% less glass per 100ml than standard UK spirits bottles. The tamper seals are compostable, made from natural cellulose fibres derived from renewable wood pulp, and the labels are coated with plant-based varnishes. Every aspect of their packaging reflects their commitment to sustainability, with all website orders shipped using paper packaging. True to their ethos, Silco proudly uses no plastic anywhere, ensuring their products are as kind to the environment as they are delightful to the palate.
