Frustrated by the lack of quality 100% Agave Tequila available in the UK, they embarked on a mission to redefine Tequila's perception in the country. Drawing on Paul's 16 years of experience with Agave, they launched VIVIR Tequila in 2019 after three years of meticulous development. Produced at a family-owned distillery in Jalisco, Mexico, VIVIR Tequila uses the finest highland Weber Blue Agave from their own fields and pristine local water, resulting in an exceptionally smooth and characterful spirit.
VIVIR Tequila sets out to challenge stereotypes associated with Tequila, offering a sophisticated experience beyond the traditional salt and lemon ritual. Its smooth texture and complex flavour profile make it perfect for sipping neat, mixing in cocktails, or enhancing favourite mixers. Through VIVIR Tequila, Paul and Nav have successfully introduced premium 100% Agave Tequila to the UK, setting a new standard of excellence for Tequila enthusiasts.
