FREE BOOZE FOR 3 YEARS Terms and Conditions

  1. Prize: The winner will receive one bottle of alcohol of their choosing from the My Drinks Club selection, delivered each month with shipping included. The bottle must be selected from the Drinks Club offerings.
  2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over with a valid Drinks Club account.
  3. Non-transferable: The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  4. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on the 15th of January 2025 and notified via Instagram.
  5. Entry Deadline: All entries must be received by 1st January 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
  6. Entry Method: To enter, participants must tag others on Instagram. Each additional person tagged counts as an extra entry. The more people you tag, the more chances you have to win.
  7. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
  8. Bottle Selection: My Drinks Club will reach out to the winner on the last Monday of each month to confirm their choice of bottle. The bottle will be dispatched in time for the weekend.
  9. Proof of Age: Valid identification may be requested to verify the winner’s age before dispatching any prize.
  10. Use of Prize: My Drinks Club reserves the right to withdraw the prize if there is reasonable belief that the winner is not using the drinks for personal consumption.
  11. Contacting the Winner: The winner will be contacted via Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
  12. Data Privacy: By entering, you agree that My Drinks Club may use your email address for the purpose of administering the competition. All entries will receive one email per week in line with Drinks Club correspondence. Your data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
  13. Multiple Entries: Participants can submit multiple entries based on the number of people they tag on Instagram.
  14. Disqualification: My Drinks Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misconduct, or breach of these terms.
  15. Liability Limitation: My Drinks Club is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other factors outside its control that may affect the competition outcome.
  16. Right to Amend: My Drinks Club reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition, including the terms and conditions, without prior notice.
