Here, the grain undergoes a meticulous triple-distillation process in traditional copper pot stills, ensuring quality in every small batch of gin produced. Infused with a unique blend of botanicals, including the indigenous Belfast Black Mountain heather, Jawbox Gin is distilled slowly to allow ample time for the flavours to fully infuse, resulting in the highest quality spirit possible.
